Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a disk brake (1), in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a brake application device having a spreading mechanism, preferably having a brake rotary lever (2), a lining wear adjustment device, which has at least one mechanical wear adjuster (10), which preferably can be inserted into a spindle unit (6, 6') of the disk brake (1) and is coupled to the spreading mechanism, preferably to the brake rotary lever (9), a wear sensor device for detecting a wear value, and an actuation stroke sensor device for detecting an actuation stroke. The wear sensor device and the actuation stroke sensor device are integrated together in a common sensor device (34). The invention further relates to a method for determining the wear and the actuation stroke of the disk brake (1).
