Zusammenfassung:	An object of the present invention is to develop and provide a method for producing a neuron model having reproduced in vivo properties by improving a cell culture medium composition and a cell culture medium composition necessary for the production of such neuron model. According to the present invention, cell culture is carried out in vitro using a medium for producing in vivo-like and enhanced synaptogenesis neuron model supplemented with a medium supplement for producing in vivo-like and enhanced synaptogenesis neuron model comprising any or any combination of NT-3, potassium or a salt thereof, and FGF2.
