Zusammenfassung:	An object of the present invention is to provide a battery temperature adjustment apparatus that suppresses performance deterioration and degradation of a battery and at the same time, suppresses reduction in cruisible distance of an electric vehicle. Control unit (40) controls an operation of vehicular air conditioner (10) such that the temperature of battery (5) falls in a predetermined temperature range, based on battery temperature (Tb). In this case, control unit (40) changes an operating condition or an operating state of vehicular air conditioner (10) according to whether or not an external power source to supply power to battery (5) is present.
