Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device (10) for unwinding web material (12), having a first (cf. roll transport lever pair 16; holder 30) and at least one second (46) unwinding point, in which first and second rolls (20) of the web material are mounted such that they can rotate, wherein one unwinding point (46) is arranged to be fixed and the other unwinding point (16, 30) is arranged such that it can be moved in the device, wherein the movable unwinding point (30) has a brake which can be coupled via a pair of gears (32, 36) to the roll (20) of web material (12) laid thereon.
