The present invention relates to an electrically driven kitchen-used processing machine (1) having a stirring vessel and a stirrer, wherein the kitchen-used processing machine (1) is set according to users, and wherein the kitchen-used processing machine (1) is also provided with an operating element (12) which can be operated manually, for example, for setting acquired rotating speed. In addition, the operating element (12) is designed to be an element which can be dismounted from the kitchen-used processing machine (1). In order to further improve the kitchen-used processing machine, especially in the aspect of setting specific to users of the kitchen-used processing machine, it is suggested that the operating element (12) is provided with a data memory (21) and a data interface (22) used for reading data included in the data memory (21) at a device side, wherein the data is utilized for determining the setting specific to users.
