Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure includes systems and methods for displaying and analyzing employee history data. In one embodiment employee data is accessed from a data store. The employee data comprises one or more employee metrics at a plurality of time points. A graphical component representing an employee is displayed. The graphical component is animated across a timeline from a first time point to a second time point and a trail is generated across the timeline showing the movement of the graphical component over time. Employee metrics may be indicated at a plurality of time points.
