Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to polymers comprising repeating units of the formula or and their use as organic semiconductor material in organic electronic devices, especially in organic photovoltaics (solar cells) and photodiodes, or in a device containing a diode and/or an organic field effect transistor. The polymers according to the present invention show high absorption in the wavelength range above 1000 nm. A particularity of the polymers is their relatively high lying LUMO associated with a very low band gap, which allows them to provide high short-circuit current (Jsc) when used as photoactive material in combination with commercial C 60 / C 70 fullerene derivatives in solar cells or photodiodes.
