Method for enhancing the quantity and/or quality of milk produced by milk-producing animals

The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the quantity and/or quality of milk produced by milk-producing animals by feeding the animals with plants from the family of Poaceae or with parts thereof, where the plants or parts thereof, the locus where the plants are growing or are intended to grow and/or plant propagules from which the plants are to grow have been treated with at least one strobilurin fungicide. The invention further relates to the use of at least one strobilurin fungicide for enhancing the quantity and/or quality of milk produced by milk-producing animals. Further, the invention relates to a method for farming pasture land which is operated by rotational grazing or strip grazing, which method comprises moving a flock or herd after a time interval to another field or field strip, where the field or field strip which has been left by the flock or herd is treated once or several times with at least one strobilurin fungicide.
