Zusammenfassung:	The system has an application (14) to establish a wireless communication with an intelligent device (10) i.e. near-field communication tag. The intelligent device comprises a toolkit application that is able to transmit a toolkit command to a security element (13) when a communication between the application and the intelligent device is established. The application comprises a transmitting unit for transmitting the toolkit command received from the toolkit application to a portable terminal (11) i.e. smart phone, for execution of the toolkit command by the portable terminal. The security element is a subscriber identity module card, or an embedded-universal integrated circuit card. An independent claim is also included for a communication method.
