Zusammenfassung:	A damping control device of a vehicle using an electric motor for suppressing vibration of the vehicle using the electric motor as a power source includes a damping control means configured to reduce torsional vibration of a vehicle drive system, a friction coefficient estimation means configured to estimate a friction coefficient of a road on which the vehicle is running, and a control parameter correction means configured to correct a control parameter in executing a damping control by the damping control means based on the friction coefficient of the road surface estimated by the friction coefficient estimation means.
