Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a photo-stable sunscreen composition comprising a sunscreen stabilizer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a highly photo-stable sunscreen composition preferably extractable from a natural material while ensuring prolonged efficacy of the UV-A organic sunscreen used therein. The present inventors have achieved this by including Tanshinone IIA which is a diterpenoid othroquinone, which is present in certain plants, to achieve the desired sunscreen stabilisation.
