TRAFFIC FLOW SIMULATOR, MOVEMENT ROUTE CALCULATION METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR SAME

The invention is a traffic flow simulator that simulates the movement of an object to be moved that moves in a traffic network, said traffic flow simulator being provided with: a predicted movement cost computation unit that, in the process of the object to be moved moving on a preset movement route, using a past actual time duration and/or a past actual fare that were required for movement from a current location to the final destination of the move-ment route, said movement being on each of multiple routes indicated by multiple candidate movement routes, computes a predicted movement cost that is a cost capable of being in-curred by the movement of the object to be moved for each candidate movement route; and a movement route change unit that on the basis of the predicted movement cost computed by the predicted movement cost computation unit, selects one of the multiple candidate movement routes, and changes the movement route to a route containing the selected candidate movement route.
