Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a ventilation device with a housing made from a modular frame system with a plurality of combined frame elements, the frame system describing at least one three-dimensional rectangular main body (G), wherein at least the outer surfaces formed by the frame are furnished with walls. The special structure of this main body is that: the main body (G) is formed by frame profiles (1) connected to one another at the ends thereof; a cover profile (2) is arranged on at least one frame profile (1) in such a way that an installation channel (I) is formed along the at least one frame profile (1); fitting profiles (4) are arranged on the outer sides of the frame profiles (1) of each main body (G); walls (5) are fitted between the fitting profiles (4) at least on the outer sides of the ventilation device; and the frame profiles (1) have sealing means (7) that contact the walls (5) and seal the ventilation device against the outside.
