Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a stone panel formed unitarily with an insulating material for a wall and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a stone panel formed unitarily with an insulating material for a wall and a method for manufacturing the same wherein an upper finishing material (100) such as natural stone and artificial stone for an exterior wall of a building is coupled unitarily to a lower insulating board (300) by means of an adhesive layer (200), thus having a function of outside insulation, making it convenient in construction, and reducing the construction cost.
