The handy terminal 10 communicates with the network cradle 50 according to P2P protocol, and is connected to the network through the network cradle 50. The handy terminal 10 comprises a communication unit that transmits, to the network cradle 50 according to the P2P protocol, second data that includes first data and a second header in P2P protocol. The first data includes a first header that has a specific address of the portable information terminal as a transmission source specific address in IP protocol.
