Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a rubber composition for a hose, and a hose that can improve flame retardancy and wear resistance, and ensure workability. A rubber composition for a hose of the present application contains chloroprene rubber, butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber as rubber components, and silica, and contains 60 parts by mass to 80 parts by mass of chloroprene rubber in 100 parts by mass of the rubber components, the rubber components being compounded with 5 parts by mass to 25 parts by mass of the silica based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber components.
