Osteosynthesis system for the multi-directional, angularly stable treatment of fractures of long bones comprising a marrow nail and bone screws

The system has a nail housing (2) that includes a middle section (9) with two transverse one-sided screw holes (10) at a distance from each other in a longitudinal direction for screwing two bone screws (25,27) placed proximate to a fracture. One-sided screw holes (16) has an inlays (11) made out of soft metal material securely joined to the nail housing, such that the bone screws are screwed with an initial thread made of hard metal material into the bone and the screw holes. The bone screws and an intramedullary nail (1) are securely joined while forming threads.
