Zusammenfassung:	A light bulb shaped lamp 100 according to the present invention includes: a board 121 on which an LED 122 is mounted; a circuit board 151 on which a drive circuit 150 that turns on the LED 122 is mounted; output wires 153a and 153b for supplying power for turning on the LED 122 from the drive circuit 150 to the LED 122; a pedestal 145; and a potentialstabilizing wire 154 electrically connecting the pedestal 145 to a circuit ground of the drive circuit 150.
