Zusammenfassung:	The present subject matter relates to generation of business intelligence reports with navigable reference indicators. The method comprises obtaining information from an information source for providing in a business intelligence report. Further, report parameters are obtained through a user interface, wherein the report parameters include at least notes and indicator parameters. The notes and indicator parameters indicate a plurality of navigable reference indicators to be included in the business intelligence report. The method further comprises mapping the notes and indicator parameters with the obtained information. Based on the mapping, the business intelligence report is generated with the plurality of navigable reference indicators. Further, the plurality of navigable reference indicators provides a forward and backward link between two or more sections of the business intelligence report.
