In particular, to the field of handling preferred access rights within the packet switched part of a mobile network. The present invention teaches using both, user specific priority classes standardised for packet switched services as well as priority classes standardised for circuit switched services in the packet switched domain. Further, the present invention relates to a preferred scheduling for prioritised users in the packet switched domain based on priority classes defined for packet switched and circuit switched services. Furthermore, the invention relates to a procedure of controlling preferred access rights and scheduling priority in a communication system serving prioritised and non-prioritised users. |
