Zusammenfassung:	The device (10) has a support (14) that is intended for supporting a seating (16) and a backrest (18), where the device is provided with a set of usage configurations for offering a seating place, and the device is movable to a retracted configuration. The backrest is arranged to move towards forward direction (F) of the seating device when the seating device is moved to the retracted configuration. The backrest describes a circular translational movement towards the front and upwards relative to the device, and the seating is provided with rotational mobility (MR). The seating takes the form of a motorcycle type saddle. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a seating structure (2) an aircraft.
