Zusammenfassung:The device (10) has an anode (20) and a cathode (16) separated by an interaction space (22). The cathode emits electrons in the space when subjected to an electric field (E) of a higher intensity than a threshold value. Another cathode (18) is provided between the former cathode and the anode, and emits other electrons in the space when subjected to the electric field of a higher intensity than another threshold value. The anode attracts the electrons. A fuel system for power supply of the cathodes establishes a potential difference between the cathodes.
