Zusammenfassung:A railway train safety monitoring and processing method based on radio block center is provided, including: the radio block center RBC detects whether communication between the RBC and an Interlocking fails or not (100); when a communication failure occurs, the RBC stops sending messages to all the railway trains in the control range of the Interlocking and all railway trains whose movement authority MA extend to the control range of the Interlocking (101). The railway train safety monitoring and processing method based on radio block center eliminates the influence on train safety when communication between the RBC and a wayside device fails in a CTCS-3 train control system, and ensures safe operation of the train and operation efficiency.
