Device for moving an arrangement for welding metal strips
The device comprises a support (B) maintaining a welding head (S1) onto a zone at an end of the support, where the support is moved by a translator (T) on a stroke over a cross band region and defined by a reference welding width of a head and a tail of metal coils (B1, B1', B2, B2'). The...

Zusammenfassung: | The device comprises a support (B) maintaining a welding head (S1) onto a zone at an end of the support, where the support is moved by a translator (T) on a stroke over a cross band region and defined by a reference welding width of a head and a tail of metal coils (B1, B1', B2, B2'). The support maintains a complementary welding head (S2) to an intermediate position on the support so that the welding head at the end of the support is half the width of the coils when the support is moved. The complementary head is disposed in the edge of the coil with a minimum width. The device comprises a support (B) maintaining a welding head (S1) onto a zone at an end of the support, where the support is moved by a translator (T) on a stroke over a cross band region and defined by a reference welding width of a head and a tail of metal coils (B1, B1', B2, B2'). The support maintains a complementary welding head (S2) to an intermediate position on the support so that the welding head at the end of the support is half the width of the coils when the support is moved. The complementary head is disposed in the edge of the coil with a minimum width. The complementary welding head is furthest away from the welding head. The intermediate position of the complementary welding head on the support is adjustable according to a direction and to the variable width of the coil with minimal width. The adjustment of the position is motorized. The complementary welding head presents an adjustment position on the stroke of the support between its two ends, and a length lower than a half-length of support, where the adjustment is automatically governed by the knowledge of the width of the coils. The welding heads have an alternative mode for cutting the coils by laser. The welding head in a fixed mode of cutting on the support is aligned with the right of a first cutting line in the tail of the first coil. The complementary welding head in the cutting mode is movable by a movement sub-module relative to the support to a locked cutting position integral with the support at a point of rotation in order to have the complementary welding head in the locked cutting position aligned with the right of a second cutting line in the head of the second coil. The second cutting line is separate and parallel to the first cutting line. The welding heads are complemented by two cutting heads and tail heads in a switchable fashion, where the cutting heads are coupled to the support so that each cutting |
