Zusammenfassung:	A power tool (1) and a method of producing such power tool capable of improving dust proof performance with respect to a circuit board (33) and a stator coil (31B), and capable of securing cooling performance to the circuit board. The power tool includes a brushless motor (3) having a hollow stator (31), a rotor (32) positioned in an internal space of the stator, and a motor driver circuit connected to the stator. The stator includes a coil (31B) electrically connected to the motor driver circuit. The coil is coated with a coating agent (31D), and the motor driver circuit is covered with an insulation cover member (33D).
