A slit interval in a central region 20b backward from a distal end region 20a is longer than a slit interval in the distal end region 20a. Each hole portion 21 that is formed at least between the slits on an outer circumference of the distal end region 20a is communicated with any one of the slits that sandwich the hole portion in an insertion direction S.
