The prosthesis comprises a base formed of an implantable biocompatible material having a shape to reconstruct a breast areola; and a nipple body formed of an implantable biocompatible material supported by the base. The body includes a plurality of disks that are arranged in a stacked configuration with each disk being positioned in spaced relation to an adjacent disk.
