Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an air turbine system 1 comprising at least one air turbine 2 and at least one compressed air source 3, said air turbine 2 having at least one inlet 4 and an air outlet shaft 5. The inlet 4 of the air turbine 2 can be connected to the compressed air source 3 via a feed line 6. The air turbine system further has an air storage unit 9 which is used to store dry air during the expansion operation of the air turbine 2. The dry air can be conducted back into the air turbine 2 in particular when the air turbine is at a standstill, thereby reducing the relative humidity in the air turbine and thus preventing a corrosion due to condensation. The invention further relates to two methods for reducing the humidity in the air turbine system 1, in particular when the air turbine system 1 is at a standstill. |
