Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a vapour phase drying apparatus (1), comprising a drying chamber (2) configured to receive an article to be dried by means of the apparatus (1); and a plurality of evaporator cells (3) positioned in the drying chamber (2) and configured for being connected to a source of volatile fluid (20) and a source of heat (15) for evaporation of the volatile fluid; wherein each of the plurality of evaporator cells (3) has an opening (14) such that vapour of the volatile fluid can be released from the cell (3) into the drying chamber (2) through said opening. The invention also relates to such an evaporator cell (3).
