A gap is formed between the electronic component and a groove wall. A heat conducting medium is positioned outside the gap inside the housing portion. The heat conducting medium is introduced into the gap by tilting or moving the housing portion with the inserted electronic component so that the heat conducting medium flows into the gap by capillary action.
