Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for producing acrylamide comprising: supplying a raw material water to a reactor, supplying acrylonitrile to the reactor, and hydrating acrylonitrile using a biocatalyst, wherein a temperature of the raw material water in the supplying step of the raw material water to the reactor is equal to or more than freezing point of the raw material water and lower than the reaction temperature by 5°C or more. The present invention can be provided to the method of producing acrylamide which can be removed the reaction heat produced at the hydration reaction of acrylonitrile effectively with a low cost.
