Zusammenfassung:	The device has a kinematics unit (6) actively connected with an adjustable spoiler element (4), and an actuator (8) actively connected with the kinematics unit. The actuator comprises a drive motor (10) that is arranged on a base element (100), where a drive chain originates from the drive motor up to the kinematics unit. The actuator includes a gear box (12) connected with the drive motor over a drive shaft (14) i.e. flex shaft. A brake (16) is arranged in the drive chain between the drive motor and the kinematics unit, and communicatively coupled with the drive motor and the gear box. The brake is designed as a hysteresis brake and a mechanical brake. The gear box is designed as a planetary gear.
