Zusammenfassung:The powder-rolling device relating to the present invention includes a preliminary press roll, and a pushing unit (12) to push rolling rolls (2) so as to be separated from each other in a state where the rolling rolls (2) do not attach powder material (Y) to a base material (X) (a state before the powder rolling is performed). According to the powder-rolling device having the above configuration, it is possible to more accurately control the supply amount of the powder material to be supplied to the space between the rolling rolls.
