Device for determining the position of a metallurgical container

Device (1) for position determination of a metallurgical vessel (2), comprises a robot (3) with a positioning means (4) for introduction with a positioning element (20), which is arranged at the metallurgical vessel, for position determination. Independent claims are also included for: (1) the metallurgical vessel of a metallurgical plant, comprising the positioning element, which is introduced with the positioning means for determining the position of the metallurgical vessel; (2) a system comprising the device for position measurement of the metallurgical vessel; and (3) determining the position of the metallurgical vessel by means of the device, comprising introducing the positioning means of the robot for position determination with the positioning element, which is arranged on the metallurgical vessel.
