Zusammenfassung:The method comprises preheating a rolling stock in a first induction furnace (6) so that the preheated rolling stock occurs with a surface temperature of >= 1050[deg] C in a rotational-descaling device (7), subsequently descaling the preheated rolling stock by rotating water jets from a rotor of the rotational-descaling device, heating the descaled rolling stock at 900[deg] C in a second induction furnace (8), heating either inert or reduced protective gas atmosphere into the second induction furnace, heat rolling the heated rolling stock at >= 1050[deg] C in a rolling mill (9) with three rolling passes. The method comprises preheating a rolling stock in a first induction furnace (6) so that the preheated rolling stock occurs with a surface temperature of >= 1050[deg] C in a rotational-descaling device (7), subsequently descaling the preheated rolling stock by rotating water jets from a rotor of the rotational-descaling device, heating the descaled rolling stock at 900[deg] C in a second induction furnace (8), heating either inert or reduced protective gas atmosphere into the second induction furnace, heat rolling the heated rolling stock at >= 1050[deg] C in a rolling mill (9) with three rolling passes. The temperature of the preheated rolling stock is recorded by a temperature measuring device and is fed to a controller. The controller is determined by control rules and in consideration of a desired temperature of a control variable, and supplies a control device, where an inductor of the first induction furnace is driven so that the temperature of the preheated rolling stock corresponds to the desired temperature. A temperature profile of the preheated rolling stock is detected by a temperature profile measuring device. An independent claim is included for a device for preparing a rolling stock made of steel.
