Zusammenfassung:An engine system 1 includes an engine 100 including: an electric VVT mechanism and an hydraulic VVT mechanism changing phases of opening and closing of an intake valve 22 and an exhaust valve 23 into target phases; an EGR valve 162 adjusting an exhaust gas recirculation amount recirculated from an exhaust side to an intake side; and a variable nozzel vane mechanism 141 controlling the supercharging efficiency of a turbocharger 14. The engine 100 performs F/B control of the EGR valve 162 and the variable nozzle vane mechanism 141 and F/F control of the electric VVT mechanism 26 and the hydraulic VVT mechanism 27. An engine ECU 10 changes the target phases of the electric VVT mechanism 26 and the hydraulic VVT mechanism 27 based on the driving state of the engine 100, and performs the F/F control which restricts the charge rate of the target phase based on the convergence states of the F/B control of the EGR valve 162 and the variable nozzle vane mechanism 141.
