Use of a solvent-free adhesion promoter to create an adhesive bond between dental composites and the surface of dental frameworks made of high-performance polymers

The method involves providing retentive anchorages by mechanical pre-treatment of surface of dental frameworks. A small viscous or fluent adhesion promoter is applied corresponding to a monomer composition from polymethyl methacrylate, urethane dimethacrylate, methyl methacrylate, bi-functional methacrylate-based crosslinker monomer, initiator and optional stabilizer and other additives with a surface to be wet. A dispersion layer or films are partially cured by applying low viscosity adhesive agent. A dental composite or opaque is applied on a product of the layer or films.
