WASHING MACHINE COMPRISING SPRAY NOZZLES

A washing machine of the present invention comprises a casing (110); a tub (132) disposed inside the casing; a drum (134) rotatably provided inside the tub (132), for accommodating laundry therein; and a gasket (120) interposed between the casing (110) and the tub (132), for preventing water in the tub (132) from leaking between the tub and the casing (110). Wherein the gasket (120) comprises a plurality of gasket nozzles (160, 170) for spraying water into the drum (134); and a plurality of connectors (123, 124) for supplying water to the respective gasket nozzles (160, 170), whereby the gasket nozzles (160, 170) are provided at both sides of a lower portion of the gasket (120), a first gasket nozzle (160) configured to spray water upwardly toward the inside of the drum (134) from a left lower portion of the gasket (120) and a second gasket nozzle (170) configured to spray water upwardly toward the inside of the drum (134) from a right lower portion of the gasket (120). The washing machine further comprising a nozzle unit (161) provided at an upper portion of the gasket (120), the nozzle unit (161) comprising a spiral nozzle (50, 60) configured to spray water into the drum (134).
