Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a hollow container that enables the suppression of permeation of the content of the hollow container to the outside. A hollow container (1A) includes a hollow container body (2A) and a sub-component (3A). The hollow container body (2A) has an opening (2a) in its wall. The sub-component (3A) is inserted in the opening (2a) and is in contact with an outer surface of the wall at a contact portion (2c) of the container body (2A) to seal the container body (2A). The container body (2A) is made of multiple layers including an intermediate barrier layer (2x). The wall of the container body (2A) is thinner at a circumferential edge portion around the opening (2a) as a thinner portion (2b) than at the contact portion (2c) where the sub-component (3A) is in contact with the outer surface of the wall.
