Zusammenfassung:	The machine (LM) has a laser processing head (1) comprising an interior (2). A beam reflector (12) is fixed in the laser processing head to reflect a secondary electromagnetic radiation beam (10). Multiple NIR radiation sensors (13) are located to sense electromagnetic radiation through a hole in an interior wall. Each radiation sensor is fixed at respective axial distance from a beam handling unit (9). The beam reflector is positioned to reflect the secondary electromagnetic radiation beam for sensing the secondary electromagnetic radiation beam by the radiation sensors. An independent claim is also included for a method for aligning a focused laser beam.
