PROCESS FOR ADSORPTION OF ODOR EMISSIONS FROM RUBBER PROCESSING

In order to provide a process with which odor emissions, aerosols and/or dusts are effectively removed from the exhaust air, the following process with the following steps is proposed: a) suction of odor emissions, aerosols and/or dusts (2) with a suction system (9), the odor emissions, aerosols and/or dusts (2) arising in rubber processing, b) adsorption of the odor emissions with a filter system (4) disposed in the suction system (9), the filter system (4) comprising an adsorbent (5, 21, 8) for odor emissions and/or aerosols, and/or a filter means (12) for the separation of dusts, the adsorbent (5, 21, 8) being highly effective in removing the odor emissions from the exhaust air and being useable for mixture production, c) conduction of clean, odor-free air (7) out of the suction system (9) with a conveying means, d) conducting the laden adsorbent (13) and the separated dusts out of the suction system (9).
