Zusammenfassung:	The hand dryer has a housing (2), in which a blower motor is accommodated. The air is blown by an outlet opening to outside. The air flow of a disinfectant is supplied by a discharge opening. The disinfectant supplies the air flow in flow direction before the outlet opening. The discharge opening is provided at a nozzle (30), which is provided in a wall (10,12) of an air guide (4). The nozzle is provided in a region of the air guide, in which the air is accelerated. A distributor plate (22) is arranged in the air guide and lies in flow path of the air.
