Zusammenfassung:	A composition to be used as a permeation enhancer is provided. The composition may be added to topical cosmetics or pharmaceutical formulations that are topically applied. The composition comprises about 0.05-5% w/w of one or more phospholipids, 1-20% w/w of one or more oils having essential fatty acids, behenic acid, and oleic acid, 0.1-3% w/w of one or more skin lipids, and 1-10% w/w of a butter having linoleic acid and linolenic acid. One of the oils used in the composition is Pracaxi oil.
