Zusammenfassung: | The diaphragm pipe for permeative separation of hydrogen from gas mixtures containing hydrogen, comprises a porous pipe made of a sintered metal, and a diaphragm, which contains palladium or is made of palladium and encloses the outer surface of the sintered metal pipe (S). The sintered metal pipe has a fitting (F) made of gas-proof material on one end, where the fitting is firmly connected with the sintered metal pipe. The fitting consists of metal or ceramic or composite material having metal and ceramic. The palladium diaphragm protrudes the sintered metal pipe at its fitting-side ends. The diaphragm pipe for permeative separation of hydrogen from gas mixtures containing hydrogen, comprises a porous pipe made of a sintered metal, and a diaphragm, which contains palladium or is made of palladium and encloses the outer surface of the sintered metal pipe (S). The sintered metal pipe has a fitting (F) made of gas-proof material on one end, where the fitting is firmly connected with the sintered metal pipe. The fitting consists of metal or ceramic or composite material having metal and ceramic. The palladium diaphragm protrudes the sintered metal pipe at its fitting-side ends, and is gas-tightly connected with the fitting. The diaphragm pipe has a ceramic layer, which acts as diffusion barrier and is disposed between the sintered metal pipe and the palladium diaphragm. A connecting area (V) between the fitting and the sintered metal pipe is symmetrically arranged to an axis of the diaphragm pipe and has a form of a circular ring or a conical surface or envelope, where the conical envelope opens in the direction of the fitting or the sintered metal pipe. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for manufacturing a diaphragm pipe for permeative separation of hydrogen from gas mixtures containing hydrogen; and (2) a reactor for producing hydrogen. |
