Zusammenfassung: | Vulcanizable composition comprises (i) at least one epoxy group-containing optionally completely or partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber of the repeating units derived from at least one conjugated diene, at least one alpha , beta -unsaturated nitrile and optionally at least other copolymerizable monomers and does not include any non-conjugated cyclic polyene and (ii) at least one Lewis and/or Bronsted base as a crosslinker, where the vulcanizable composition other than the crosslinking agent in (ii) contains the epoxy groups-containing, optionally completely or partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber. Vulcanizable composition comprises (i) at least one epoxy group-containing optionally completely or partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber of the repeating units derived from at least one conjugated diene, at least one alpha , beta -unsaturated nitrile and optionally at least one other copolymerizable monomers and does not include any non-conjugated cyclic polyene and (ii) at least one Lewis and/or Bronsted base as a crosslinker, where the vulcanizable composition other than the crosslinking agent in (ii) contains the epoxy groups-containing, optionally completely or partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber (less than 2.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight). An independent claim is also included for a method for preparing a vulcanizable composition comprising mixing at least one epoxy groups containing completely or partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber (i) with at least one Lewis and/or Bronsted base (ii). |
