The invention is characterised in that the at least one heating element (2) is at least one radiant heating element (2) applied to the base body, at least in the region of the bearing surface for the food to be cooked, and the at least one radiant heating element (2) and/or the base body in the region of the at least one radiant heating element (2) comprises at least one heat distribution layer (10).
