Zusammenfassung:A mobile terminal (200) for managing an appliance (100), comprising: a speaker (222); a microphone (224) configured to receive, from an appliance (100), first mix data including monitoring information indicating a state of the appliance (100); and a controller (230) configured to: check a version of a firmware installed in the appliance (100), based on the monitoring information, if the firmware is not a newest version, generate second mix data by mixing upgrade data for upgrading the firmware of the appliance (100) and sound data, and output, to the appliance (100), the second mix data through the speaker (222).
