Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle lamp device includes left side unit (1L) and a right side unit (1R). The left side unit (1L) includes a first control module (100L) and a first accommodation chamber (200L) formed with a first opening (202L). The right side unit (1R) includes a second control module (100R) and a second accommodation chamber (200R) formed with a second opening (202R). A contour shape of the housing (102L) of the first control module (100L) is similar to a contour shape of the first opening (202L). A contour shape of the housing (102R) of the second control modu l e (100R) is similar to a contour shape of the second opening (202R). The first opening (202L) has a first right-left discrimination part (204L) that allows entrance of the first control module (100L) and that restricts entrance of the second control module (100R). The second opening (202R) has a second right-left discrimination part (204R) that allows entrance of the second control module (100R) and restricts entrance of the first control module (100L).
