Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a multilayer resin sheet comprising: a resin layer that includes a first epoxy resin, a curing agent and an inorganic filler; and an adhesive layer that is disposed on at least one surface of the resin layer and includes a second epoxy resin and an inorganic filler, the adhesive layer including the inorganic filler in an amount of from 30 mass% to 80 mass%, and the resin layer including the inorganic filler in an amount of from 80 mass% to 93 mass%.
