The one surface of the substrate is subjected to a surface roughening treatment and/or a primer treatment, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed from an aqueous dispersion type oil-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an aqueous dispersion polymer and inorganic particles.
